Why Clinrol was created
Clinical trials have the power to improve and save lives, yet patient recruitment remains one of the biggest challenges facing clinical research.
Clinrol was founded in Sydney in 2020 after seeing how difficult it was for patients and families to find clinical trials and how challenging it was for research sites to manage patient recruitment, screening and follow-up using disconnected systems and manual processes.
While sponsors and CROs needed faster enrolment and better visibility, research coordinators were overwhelmed with spreadsheets, phone calls and administrative work. Patients were often left waiting for answers or missed opportunities altogether.
We believed there had to be a better way.
Today, Clinrol helps patients discover clinical trial opportunities, supports research sites with AI-powered patient engagement and recruitment workflows, and helps sponsors and CROs accelerate clinical trial recruitment through a more connected and patient-centred approach.
